Follow these steps to get started with your Xbox stream. 

If it’s the first time you’ve signed in to a live streaming provider on your console, you’ll be asked to activate your account with a code. To activate:

    1. Press the XBOX button to open the guide and go to Capture & share.
    2. Select Live streaming and choose a provider.
    3. Activate your account using one of the methods provided.

After your account has been activated, here’s how to stream your gameplay on the console:

  1. Press the XBOX button  to open the guide and go to Capture & share.
  2. Select Live streaming and choose a provider if there are multiple options.
  3. Choose or change the Destination if you want to alter which service you use to adjust your streaming viewer experience.
  4. Select Go live now.

If a game is already running on the console, the live stream will start when the focus returns to the game. If there’s no game currently running, the live stream will start when a game is launched. To change your live streaming provider:

  1. Press the XBOX button to open the guide and go to Capture & share.
  2. Select Live streaming > More options.
  3. Select Change live streaming provider.

Be aware that if you change your provider and haven’t streamed with them before, you’ll need to go through setup again for the new provider.
