Feedback and Complaints

We always do our best to get things right first time. Occasionally, things don’t go as planned. If this happens we’d really value your feedback.

Most problems can be resolved by the team on the ground, for example, over the phone with our Supporter Relationships team or with your recovery Key Worker.

On occasions, you may want to make a more formal complaint and we have processes to deal with these.
