Our commitment to you 

  • We deal with complaints fairly, transparently and in the strictest of confidence. 
  • We will acknowledge your feedback within two working days. 
  • We aim to complete any review or investigation and send you a written reply within five working days.  
  • If we need more information because it is a complex issue, we aim to respond within four weeks.  
  • If there are any delays to the process, we will keep you informed. 
  • If you’re not satisfied with our response to your complaint, there is an appeals process. This could involve other internal Charity staff members, or if necessary, the Charity Commission, the Fundraising Regulator, or the Information Commissioner’s Office.
