If you're a veteran or family member and are looking to participate in team sports alongside like-minded people, and fancy a bit of healthy competition and camaraderie, then our inclusive and accessible Community Sports Clubs are the perfect solution.
A fast paced and exciting high impact, full contact disability sport, combining elements of rugby, basketball and handball. Often played in mixed gender teams.
The biggest Paralympic team sport in the UK, this fast-paced sport brings disabled and non-disabled people together to compete in thrilling, action-packed games.
A great way to keep both your body and mind agile, this tactical, low impact sport is played between mixed gender teams of disabled and non-disabled players.
