Fundraising in support of our Armed Forces community since 2011, raising over £1.6 million.
Cotton Traders is our longest-standing partner and supports veterans and their families through:
- Donating 10 per cent of the sales from its co-branded Help for Heroes clothing range including t-shirts, shirts, polo shirts, jackets and socks
- Adding a £1 donation at checkout for online orders, which has proved very popular with its customers and raised over £272,000 to date
- In-store donations from generous Cotton Traders customers have raised over £371,000
- Staff fundraisers including the annual golf day, retail fashion shows, bike rides, cake sales, marathons and more, raising over £250,000.
We're incredibly proud that our partnership with Cotton Traders was awarded 'silver' for the most effective long-term partnership at the Corporate Engagement Awards in 2019.
It’s quite incredible that 10 years have passed since we hosted our first gala dinner to launch our partnership with Help for Heroes. I remember so vividly that we talked about how maybe we could eventually raise £1m for this incredible charity, never really knowing if such a target was remotely possible. So I hope you feel as proud as I do to see that we’ve raised over £1.6m to date. It’s been very difficult for all charities over the past few years, and Help for Heroes is no exception, which is why I’m determined that we must continue in our efforts to support our partners through this challenging time and beyond.
