Update - Registration has now closed.

We need you to join our Tesco National Collection Weekend, and make it bigger and better than ever!

Every year, hundreds of fundraisers head out to stores up and down the country armed with their buckets, smiles, energy and passion. The funds they raise change the lives of veterans and their families.

You too could be part of our army of fundraising volunteers. It couldn’t be simpler to sign up. We’ll supply you with everything that you need from buckets to wristbands, and inspirational stories of the people you’ll be helping.

There are two ways in which you can help with our National Collection

Collection Lead

You will be responsible for taking a lead in organising the collection at your chosen Tesco store. This includes:

  • Taking delivery of the Fundraising Collection Pack
  • Liaising with the Tesco Community Champion
  • Looking after the Collection Helpers
  • Managing the money raised and handing it over to Tesco at the end of the collection
  • Helping to recruit friends and family to join in with the collection

Collection Helper

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Collection Lead with setting up and taking down the stall
  • Helping to recruit friends and family to join in with the collection
  • Collecting monies and talking to supporters

  • Tesco Collection FAQs
    • We're so excited you're joining us! Keep an eye on your emails - we'll be sending you all the info you need and will be here to support you every step of the way.

We’ll then send out everything you need to make your collection a success (either to yourself or your Collection Lead if you're signed up as part of a group).

    • We are unable to support in finding fundraisers for specific stores. But don't forget you can always ask friends, family or your local military cadet groups to join you for a few hours, just make sure they sign up too!

    • No, Tesco will do this for you. We'll send you more information about it nearer the time.

    • If this is your first time, you're in for a treat! You can expect a fun-filled day with lots of interaction with members of the public.

You can also expect a lot of support from us. We'll give you 'how to' guides in your pack and advise you who to speak to at your Tesco store. We'll give you plenty of top tips to help you prepare for the day, know what to expect on the day itself and what to do at the end of the collection.
