Prize draw T&Cs
- The social giveaway is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, except Help for Heroes employees, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
- The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
- To enter the prize draw, you must like the post and tag who you’d bring in the comments on the post. Only one entry per person is permitted.
- By entering the prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Help for Heroes reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The opening date for entries is the 17th August at 5pm BST. The closing date for entries is 10am BST on Friday 21st August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
- Help for Heroes accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
- 1 winner will be chosen by random draw, supervised by an independent person, on Monday 24th August 2026.
- The grand prize is as follows: 2 tickets for the premiere of Pressure at the Odeon Leicester Square at 5pm BST on Tuesday 1st September 2026.
- The winner will be notified via direct message on either Facebook or Instagram on Monday 24th August 2026 by 5pm BST. If the winners do not respond to Help for Heroes within 24 hours of being notified that they have won a prize, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Help for Heroes will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- Detail how the prize will be sent/can be claimed e.g. via post/in person.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The decision of Help for Heroes regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Help for Heroes reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the social giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by the law, Help for Heroes will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prizes, except where it is caused by the negligence of Help for Heroes, its agents or distributers or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- The winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw, which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
- Personal data supplied during the course of the prize draw may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prizes. By entering the draw, you consent to the use of your personal data by Help for Heroes for the purposes of administration of the prize draw (including publishing your name if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented.
- The prize draw will be governed by English Law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
- The promotor of the prize draw is Help for Heroes, a registered charity in England and Wales (11209020) and Scotland (SC044984).
