Get Help With Writing Your Will

We’ve teamed up with two trusted partners, Bequeathed and the National Free Wills Network, to help you make a simple Will for free.

Writing a Will is the best possible way to provide for the people and causes you love. And if, after taking care of family, you feel able to leave a little to those who give their all, you can change the future for wounded heroes and their families. Every legacy has the power to change a life.

"Writing a Will was a daunting task, but it was something I’ve wanted to do since my daughter was born. When I heard about the National Free Wills Network I jumped at the chance. The whole process was over quickly and it was a weight off my mind."

“As this is the only charity who’ve supported me, I decided to repay their kindness with a gift in my Will.”

Both of our services includes a free consultation with a legal professional. So, whether you choose the convenience of starting online (Bequeathed) or prefer a face-to-face appointment (National Free Wills Network), our partners will ensure your Will meets your needs.

If you can’t decide which service to use or have any questions at all, Beth in our legacy team is happy to help.

Most people’s needs are covered by a simple or standard Will. If your requirements are more complicated, such as involving business interests or setting up a trust, you can still use the service but may be asked to pay for any specialist work needed. Your solicitor will advise you of any potential cost so you can decide what to do.

Do I have to leave a gift in my Will to use the Free Will Service?

Using our Free Wills service doesn’t place you under any obligation to leave a gift, but we hope you’ll take a moment to imagine the difference your legacy could make.

Make your Will For Good with Bequeathed

Bequeathed is a simple and convenient service that allows you to make a Will from the comfort of your own home, and at a time and pace that suits you. Every Will For Good includes 30 minutes of free legal advice, and your appointment can be by phone or video call, at home or in office.

Take the Bequeathed online Will interview

With support at hand to help you complete the Will interview, the system creates your draft Will from the answers you give. You can save your progress at any time and pick up again where you left off.

Have a 30-minute telephone or video appointment with a lawyer

When you're ready, Bequeathed will arrange a free 30 minute appointment with one of their accredited legal partners. They will discuss your situation and confirm the draft Will meets your needs.

Receive your free Will in the post, sign it and have it witnessed

You can then return a copy to the legal firm who will check it has been executed correctly and securely store it for you, also at no cost.
