Snowdon, or Yr Wyddfa in Welsh, is the highest mountain in Wales and a popular hiking destination in the UK. Nestled within Snowdonia National Park, the mountain is steeped in history and legend, and offers incredible views of the surrounding landscape from the summit.

Imagine stepping up and taking in those glorious views, having accomplished a once-in-a-lifetime challenge. Take the first step now and sign up to our Snowdon Heroes Hike.

About the Hike

  • Weather dependent, starting in Llanberis, we will take the Rangers path up to the summit - 1085m above sea level - and the Llanberis path down. 
  • This 18 km trek is estimated to take 6-8 hours. 
  • Our expert guides will be on hand to offer support every step of the way.
  • Whether you are an experienced hiker or a novice, this is a challenge for everyone, and an adventure that shouldn’t be missed.

This challenge is bespoke to Help for Heroes and is organised and managed by our event provider, Snowdonia-based RAW Adventures.

Registration is open to anyone aged 12 and over.

FUNDRAISING AND REGISTRATION

The registration fee for all participants is £49 per person. Use code SNOWDON50 to sign up for half price - just £24.50!

The fundraising target that we ask each participant to raise is £200. Please note you don't have to meet this target before the event. You can continue to collect donations afterwards.
