Our annual reports

Each year we publish our Annual Report, including our financial statements, so you can read about our activities and successes over the financial period and how we continue to improve the lives of veterans and their families. Our Annual Reviews are also available from Companies House and the Charity Commission websites.

How we helped last year

• 23% increase in the overall number of people reaching out to the Charity between 2023/24 and 2024/25.
• 1,748 people were supported by our Hidden Wounds mental health team, an increase of 16 per cent on the year before.
• 1,154 people were supported by our Veterans’ Clinical Services team, an increase of 15 per cent on the year before.
• Up 10% on the year before, 1,322 people with complex and serious challenges were supported by Help for Heroes case managers, who coordinate the care a veteran or family receives. Our case managers are experts in welfare issues.
