Heroes Hikes: Lincolnshire Wolds

The Lincolnshire Wolds are known for their rolling hills, green pastures and charming villages. This gem is recognised as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), serving up stunning landscapes and picture-perfect views. Here's your chance to hike in this dreamy spot, while also raising funds to make a real difference to the lives of veterans and their families.

About the Hike

• Our 25 km hiking challenge begins and ends in the town of Market Rasen.
• We will take a circular route, passing through countryside, woodlands and villages. Keep your eyes peeled for deer, rabbits, rare sheep and barn owls!
• Suitable for all experience levels. The Lincolnshire Wolds Heroes Hike offers the flattest route of all our hikes and is perfect for beginners (or those who aren't too fond of hilly climbs!)
• This charity hike will take approximately 6-8 hours.
  

This challenge is bespoke to Help for Heroes and is organised and managed by our event provider, RAW Adventures.

Registration is open to anyone aged 12 and over.

FUNDRAISING AND REGISTRATION

The registration fee for all participants is £49 per person.

The fundraising target that we ask each participant to raise is £200. Please note you don't have to meet this target before the event. You can continue to collect donations afterwards. 

The Events Team are always on hand to support you through your fundraising. You can find some handy Fundraising Tools on our website, and we have lots of Fundraising ideas to get you started.

0830 Meet your Leaders for kit check and safety briefing

1700+ Challenge complete! Arrive back at the event car park
