Heroes Hikes: Lincolnshire Wolds

GET READY TO EXPLORE THE LINCOLNSHIRE WOLDS

The Lincolnshire Wolds are known for their rolling hills, green pastures and charming villages. It is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering stunning landscapes and picturesque views. This is your chance to explore this idyllic hiking destination, and fundraise to make a real difference to the lives of veterans and their families.

Our 25.5km hiking challenge begins and ends in the town of Market Rasen. We will take a circular route, passing through countryside, woodlands and villages. This trek has an ascent of 300 metres and will take approximately 6-8 hours. This hike is suitable for all experience levels. Throughout the hike, our expert guides will be on hand to offer support every step of the way.

This challenge is bespoke to Help for Heroes and is organised and managed by our event provider, RAW Adventures.

Registration is open to anyone aged 12 and over.

0700 Recommended time for breakfast

0800 Arrive at the event car park

0830 Meet your Leaders for kit check and safety briefing

0900 Latest planned departure time

1700+ Challenge complete! Arrive back at the event car park

FUNDRAISING AND REGISTRATION

The registration fee for all participants is £49 per person.

The fundraising target that we ask each participant to raise is £200.

The Events Team are always on hand to support you through your fundraising. You can find some handy Fundraising Tools on our website.
