This September, set yourself a fun fitness challenge and change lives at the same time. Show your support for wounded veterans and their families by completing 100 miles in one month.
You can do it wherever and however you like - in your local park, in the gym or as part of your regular school or work run.
Why do it alone –the more the merrier. Get friends, family and colleagues to join you for moral support or even better –get them to sign up too!
And if 100 miles feels a step too far (or too few) then simply choose a distance that works for you. The most important thing is to have fun and get active!
Every mile will give strength to wounded veterans and their families to overcome their daily battles and thrive. Because while it takes strength to serve in the Armed Forces, it takes a different kind of strength to live life beyond injury.
