What’s the difference between Help for Heroes and the Invictus Games?

Help for Heroes leads the work to train, select and develop the UK Team, supported by the Ministry of Defence and the Royal British Legion (TRBL).

TRBL leads work to support the UK team’s friends and families. Friends and family play a huge part in recovery and the Invictus journey.

The Invictus Games is a great opportunity. But, it is just one part of your recovery journey. There are lots of other things you could get involved in, such as recreational sports, the Warrior Games or Help for Heroes challenges. (links).
