  • Co-delivered by those with lived experience and experts from our Recovery College Team.
  • These sessions give you an opportunity to learn more about what recovery means to you and how to find hope, control alongside others in the Armed Forces Community.

  • A free, interactive, online guide.
  • Designed to work through at your own pace, any time, anywhere.
  • With no need to sign up, you can learn more about what is meant by the term 'recovery' and what that might look like for you as well as helping you to identify next steps.
