What Recovery Courses do Help for Heroes offer?

Courses are free and offered in two ways:

  1. What is Recovery? - a group course run online via Microsoft Teams. Sessions are co-delivered by our own peer trainers and Recovery staff.
  2. Guide to Recovery - an online self-help guide to work through at your own pace, any time.

  • Understanding where you currently are in your recovery.
  • Finding opportunities that can help you move forward.
  • Developing positive strategies to help you take control and manage your own recovery.

  • 1 x meet and greet session.
  • 1 x 2.5-hour module.
