We provide free group courses and self-help guides with tools, tips and strategies to help improve and manage physical and mental wellbeing, so you can move forward in life with confidence.
Our Recovery College was the first of its kind to be designed specifically by, and for, the Armed Forces community.
All our courses are co-produced and co-delivered by Recovery staff, including veterans and family members. This means that the content has been created by people who understand or have experienced some of the challenges you face.

Explore the full range of subjectsYou do not have to take any tests and there is no pass or fail. It’s just about giving you the skills and knowledge to have a happy, healthy and fulfilling life. It’s all completely free.
You can take our group courses while you're being supported by other teams within the Charity. This might be Hidden Wounds for your mental health and well-being or our veterans clinical team if you have a physical injury or illness.
Our self-help guides are available to all the Armed Forces Community. With no need to enter any details, you can access these anytime, anywhere and work through them at your own pace.
