Scam phone calls

Warning - scam phone callers pretending to be from a military charity called 'Support for Heroes'.

We are aware of people receiving phone calls and being asked if they have served in the military. These calls are from individuals claiming to be from a military charity called 'Support for Heroes'. Please note we will never ask questions around military service unless you are receiving or are looking to receive support from us.

Our guidance is to block the caller’s number and, if they have mentioned Help for Heroes, let us know by contacting our Supporter Care Team on 0300 303 9888.

We would also advise you to report cases to Action Fraud at Action Fraud to help us stamp out this criminal behaviour.
