Warren Tucker has been announced as our new Chair of the Board of Trustees. 

He succeeds Sir Nigel Boardman, whose six-year term concludes this summer. 

Warren’s previous board experience includes appointments at global companies Tate & Lyle, Modulaire, Reckitt Benckiser, and at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. 

A chartered accountant with an MBA, he served as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of British aerospace manufacturer, Cobham, for a decade until 2013.

Warren is also a Trustee of Magna Learning Partnership multi-academy trust and the Chalke History Festival, both based in Salisbury, where he lives.  

“I’ve had a career in business,” said Warren, who will take on the role officially from August. 

I’ve always been inspired by the many friends and family who’ve served in the Armed Forces.”
