Free Help for Heroes Hoody: Terms and Conditions
- All participants signing up over the period of 13 January 2023 to 10 March 2023 to take part in the 2023 Big Battlefield Bike Ride organised by Help for Heroes will be eligible to receive a free “Help for Heroes” hoody as a thank you for taking part.
2.All participants registered on the 2023 Big Battlefield Bike Ride who recruit a friend over the period 13 January 2023 to 10 March 2023 will be eligible to receive a free "Help for Heroes" hoody as a thank you for encouraging others to take part in the ride.
3.To qualify for the hoody, the participant must be one of the first 50 to register in 2023, satisfy the minimum qualifying criteria for the event in terms of sponsorship and successfully register during the period in clause 1.
4.Any registration outside of these dates will not qualify. Help for Heroes take no responsibility, and shall have no liability, for ensuring that submitted registrations and received by them and subsequently registered during the qualifying period.
5.The hoody supplied will be to a maximum of £40 value and of a design selected by Help for Heroes. Every reasonable effort will be made to supply the size requested by the participant but this cannot be guaranteed due to stock limitations and demand.
6.Help for Heroes reserve the right to alter the gift supplied under this promotion and to supply an alternative item of equivalent value to the participant.
7.Hoodies supplied are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
8.All participants signing up to take part in the BBBR 2023 will be assumed to have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
9.Help for Heroes reserve the right to alter and amend these terms and conditions at their discretion.
