Today marks exactly two months to go until the BIGGEST day in the cycling calendar!

No, not the Tour de France, or the Giro D’Italia – we are of course talking about Hero Ride 2014!

Last year Hero Ride saw 1300 cyclists come together to ride through central London in support of our wounded, injured and sick service personnel. Our oldest Hero Rider was 71 while our youngest was just six. The biggest distance covered was by a team called the Northern Lights, who rode 700 miles, starting from RAF Lossiemouth! 2013’s Hero Riders covered a total of 210,282 miles. That’s around eight and a half times the circumference of the earth!

This year, we're aiming to circle the earth nine times.

Entry to our regional rides closes in just three days (click here to sign up now!) or you can design your own DIY route from anywhere you choose.
