We know the past year has been tough and we’d really like to understand the impact it may have had on our veterans and their loved ones. So, we’re asking veterans, service personnel, families and carers to complete a short survey.
In the survey, we ask about health and wellbeing, ambitions and concerns for the future, and experiences when it comes to accessing support. The responses will help us shape the services we offer to veterans and families in the future. They will also help us tell our supporters, partners and Government what our veterans need.
The voices of those we support matter to us. Which is why the survey questions have been developed alongside 25 veterans and family members, to make sure they are relevant and accessible. Our staff have also helped, to ensure the responses will help us shape the future of the Charity.
Help for Heroes Ambassador, RAF Sgt Georgie Smith, said:
“I’ll be taking part in the Help for Heroes survey. Its vitally important to the charity that helps so many of us in different ways that they better understand the services we receive and what can be improved.
“We benefit from the amazing support Help for Heroes delivers so let’s give a moment of our time to support them back”
You can watch and hear more from Georgie and other veterans in this short video, where they explain how important it is to take the survey.
