Walk, skip, run, wheel or even dance your way to 10,000 steps every day, or a daily distance of your choice, for 30 days. 

  1. Sign up. Register your challenge and set up your fundraising page
  2. Get fundraising. Download your fundraising resources to help spread the word. Set yourself some stepping milestones in exchange for donations
  3. Get stepping. Carry out your step challenge for 30 days

Ways to get stepping

You can complete your steps in one go or throughout the day in a variety of ways.

  • Find your local nature trail routes
  • Do an online dance class
  • Put on your favourite album and dance around your living room
  • Challenge yourself to a HIIT workout in your living room or garden
  • Do some static steps while watching your favourite TV programme
