We’re excited to invite you to a series of FREE live workout sessions this April, led by our instructor, Kirsty Prosser.

Each session starts with a short warm‑up, followed by a 15‑minute workout, and ends with a brief Q&A where you can ask Kirsty anything.

What Should I Expect?

After registering, you’ll receive your session link shortly - just click it on the day. No login is required; you can join using your phone or laptop.

When you enter the session, your camera and microphone will automatically be turned off so you can exercise privately. You’ll be able to ask questions through the message feature afterwards.

How Do I Prepare?

We recommend clearing a small space to move comfortably and wearing suitable exercise clothing and footwear.

Light weights are used during the session, but household items like two tins of beans or two bottles of water can work perfectly instead. You’re also welcome to take part without weights.
