What is life tools?

Life Tools is a foundational online two module course to support you in understanding what impacts on your mental and physical wellbeing.

This course is based on compassionate mind theory, breathwork and nervous system regulation.

It is a mixture of learning, practical exercises and breathwork for you to complete at your own pace, any time.


What will I learn?

  • How our minds are shaped by experiences and life events.
  • What influences our mood, thoughts, physiology and behaviour.
  • Identify what’s helpful and harmful.
  • Identify our personal stress signatures.
  • Breath practice and how to regulate our nervous system.
  • Strategies to support health and wellbeing.
