    • If you are offered a role, our recruitment team will contact you to discuss next steps. This includes completing pre-employment checks, such as references and right-to-work documentation, before confirming your start date.

    • If you experience any technical difficulties while completing your application, please contact our recruitment team at jobs@helpforheroes.org.uk and we’ll try our best to help resolve the issue.

    • Yes. We are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process. If you require any reasonable adjustments, please let us know when applying or when invited to interview, and we’ll be happy to support you.

    • Our interview process may vary depending on the role, but it typically includes a virtual interview (via Microsoft Teams/Zoom) and / or an in-person panel interview. Some roles may also involve a short task or assessment, which we’ll explain in advance.

    • Due to the high volume of applications, we are only able to provide feedback to candidates who attend an interview. If you are interviewed, we will share constructive feedback regardless of the outcome.

    • If you’re shortlisted, we’ll contact you by email (or phone) to arrange an interview. All applicants will receive an outcome email, whether successful or not. We aim to update candidates within two weeks of the closing date, but please note this may take a little longer if the hiring managers are reviewing a large number of applications.

    • Once your application is received, our recruitment team will review it against the role requirements. If your skills and experience match what we’re looking for, your application will be shortlisted for the next stage of the process.

    • We don’t accept speculative CVs by email. However, you can set up a job alert on our careers page  so you’ll be notified as soon as a role that matches your skills and interests becomes available.

    • All our vacancies are listed on our careers page. To apply, simply select the role you’re interested in and follow the application instructions. You’ll usually be asked to complete an online application form and upload your CV.
