Competitive Pay

Our salary framework is designed to attract and retain the very best people. We regularly review pay in line with the cost of living to ensure fairness and competitiveness.

Pension

Saving for the future is important. Our salary exchange pension arrangement offers a generous 8% contribution from the charity and a minimum 3% contribution from you. Salary exchange also reduces your National Insurance contributions, making your money go further.

From the end of your induction, you’ll receive comprehensive life insurance cover worth 4x your salary, supporting your loved ones should the worst happen.

The Way We Work

We work 35 hours a week between 7am–9pm, with core hours of 10am–3pm Monday to Friday. 

Remote working

Flexible Working

We also welcome applications for flexible working arrangements, and we’ll always consider requests to help you balance your role with your personal commitments.

Sick Pay

If you’re unwell, we’ll support you with paid sick leave -

  • 6–24 months’ service = 10 days full pay
  • 24–36 months’ service = 20 days full pay
  • 36+ months’ service = 30 days full pay
