Freedom, independence and mobility sit at the heart of recovery for many veterans. That’s why we’re proud to celebrate the past years’ partnership with Monarch Mobility, who chose to support Help for Heroes by donating a percentage of their sales.

As part of this partnership, Monarch Mobility has generously donated a top-of-the-range electric bike to support the Big Battlefield Bike Ride

The bike will be offered as a prize in a special draw for participants taking part in the 2026 ride – a fundraising challenge that raises vital funds to support the physical health, mental wellbeing and social needs of veterans and their families.

The prize is the XF800 Mountain E-Bike: a full-suspension, fat-tyre electric bicycle designed to deliver a smooth, powerful and exhilarating ride.

One lucky participant will win the bike (in black), making it a fitting reward for those taking on the challenge – and a great incentive for anyone still deciding whether to sign up.

Monarch Mobility’s support goes beyond this donation. With over 20 years’ experience, they specialise in mobility scooters, powerchairs and other equipment that help people live more independently.

Their commitment to veterans is personal as well as professional, reflected in their ongoing support for Help for Heroes and the wider Armed Forces community.

Freedom, independence and mobility are all vital to the recovery of many veterans, which aligns perfectly with our mission. That’s why we’re always delighted to support Help for Heroes whenever we can.”

As part of the partnership, Monarch Mobility also offers a £100 discount on a range of scooters and powerchairs for veterans and active military personnel. This offer is available until 28 February 2026, subject to terms and conditions, and can be claimed with valid service or veteran identification.

By taking part in the Big Battlefield Bike Ride, you’ll be helping veterans rebuild confidence, independence and purpose – and you could even win the very bike you ride on the journey.
