Serving Corporal Netra Rana lost his left leg below the knee after an explosion in Afghanistan. But he does not let that interfere with his sporting prowess. The 34-year-old from Folkestone benefits greatly from being part of a team and being able to inspire his injured comrades. “The team spirit of Invictus gives me a morale boost in day to day life. Being able to share feelings with friends helps to heal our injuries together. It helps me in my physical mental and psychological morale and plays a huge part in my recovery too.”
