Army veteran Kieran Wood may have a traumatic brain injury but he can still shoot an arrow on target. Kieran has been improving his archery skills ever since the first Invictus Games in 2014 and is currently training with Archery GB. This will be his third Invictus Games. He aspires to be selected for the Paralympic Archery team for Tokyo 2020. Kieran said: Being part of the Invictus Games has helped me focus and keep motivated to achieve my goals. It has given me a great sense of being part of a team and I feel proud that I have achieved so much. It has helped me get to where I am today.”
