A former Lance Corporal in the Parachute Regiment, Jordan was injured by an IED whilst serving in Afghanistan in October 2012, which resulted in his left leg being amputated below the knee.

Jordan learnt to row as part of his recovery process and has just left the GB Rowing team. Jordan competed in the London Invictus Games in 2014 winning an impressive three gold medals in individual events and is the current British indoor rowing Champion in the adaptive classification.

He says competing in the Invictus Games will give him something to target in 2016 and also plans to race for Marlow Rowing Club at Henley Royal Regatta.
