Psychologically, sport helps so much. To be able to compete on an even playing ground, against able bodied people. Getting back together as a group, we work as a team, a huge family.

Trevor served as a Medic in the Royal Navy and suffers from brain and spine damage.

The 45 year old has always been into sport, representing England in Judo and playing rugby four times a week. Having the opportunity to get sport back in his life and take part in the Arch to Arc Challenge has benefited him hugely: “Psychologically, sport helps so much. To be able to compete on an even playing ground, against able bodied people. Getting back together as a group, we work as a team, a huge family.”

Despite the tough training schedule, the goal of finishing is keeping Trevor motivated: “As a team we’ll make sure we all cross the line – we will cross that finish line.”
