Steven Boulton

A former Lance Corporal in the Army, Steven suffered amputation of his left leg below the knee and has had to have his right foot reconstructed resulting in ‘drop foot’ due to nerve damage. He also suffered a TBI which, after a year of neuro rehab, Steven has recovered well from. Steven had always been very active pre-injury and enjoyed taking part in a variety of sports. Taking part in wheelchair rugby has had a hugely positive impact on him physically and mentally. He took part in Orlando 2016 and is looking forward to the camaraderie of being part of the team again.
