It has been a busy start to the financial year for the Help for Heroes Grants team with over £2.6 million awarded to support the valuable work of 14 organisations supporting our heroes.
These grants build on Help for Heroes’ ongoing commitment to working in partnership with specialist organisations that are providing valuable support to our wounded, injured and sick and their families.
Linda Walton, Head of Grants Help for Heroes says; “We are passionate about working together with other organisations to avoid duplication, reduce administration and to ensure our wounded, injured and sick get the very best support to rebuild their lives.”
Since Help for Heroes was founded in October 2007, we have awarded £43,000,000 to support the work of over 60 other charities and organisations.
