Would You Like Better Sleep?

Tuesday 12 April 2016

better sleepIt's not uncommon for people who have suffered a trauma to experience disturbing content in their dreams. People with symptoms of post traumatic stress may have fragmented, unrestul sleep. Over the next few weeks, Help for Heroes is hosting a selection of sleep improvement sessions at our Recovery Centres. These sessions, available to ex-servicemen/women of any age, are non-invasive and attendees will not be required to share anything about their past experiences.

If you, or anyone you know who's served in the Forces, could benefit from one of these 2 hour sessions, we'd like to hear from you.

Dates available:

Plymouth: 26 - 27 April

Tidworth: 3 - 4 May

Catterick: 17 - 18 May

Colchester: 24 - 25 May
