Last night, The Voice’s De’Vide sang live for residents following a ‘Bear-B-Q’ at the Help for Heroes Recovery Centre, Tedworth House.
On a glorious June evening, staff and residents of Tedworth House enjoyed a BBQ, with burgers served up by Hero Bear who was also enjoying the sun and summer atmosphere! Those in attendance were then treated to performances by Lex Flowers and Barny Holmes of ‘De’Vide’ who made it to the battle rounds as part of Team Jessie J in The Voice 2013.
Fresh back from their May tour of Russia, and currently in the studio completing their brand new EP, Single and Music Video, the duo found time to call into Help for Heroes Recovery Centre Tedworth House for an evening of entertainment ahead of their UK and Holland tour later this summer.
De’Vide’s Barny Holmes said, “It is great to be part of such a brilliant event! Absolute bonus that we got to join in with the Bear-B-Q too – I hope many more people host their own over the course of the summer to raise money for such a great charity!”
Join in the summer fun with Help for Heroes and turn your own BBQ into a Bear-B-Q this summer! Gather your friends together or use it as an opportunity to put the fun into fundraising! Bear your lilywhite legs, pop a beef ‘bearger’ on the ‘Bear-B-Q’ and join in the fun!
