Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THIS CHALLENGE?
We have limited charity places for the Virgin Money London Marathon and will be taking applications until Wednesday 31 March 2021. We will be operating a reserve list in the event of places selling out. Click 'Register Now' to get started with your application, ensuring you have read the Terms & Conditions for entry.
Alternatively, if you have secured your own place through the ballot process and would like to fundraise for Help for Heroes, click the 'Use Your Own Place' button to let us know you are fundraising for us. We then recommend setting up a JustGiving page, as this is the easiest way to get started with your fundraising.
WHERE DOES MY FUNDRAISING GO?
Your fundraising will help support wounded veterans and their families by providing physical, psychological, financial and welfare support for as long as they need it.
We rely on the support of people like you for 97% of our income, and with most of our fundraising activities and events cancelled, your support at this time means more to us than ever.
WHAT ARE THE GUIDELINES FOR COVID-19 SAFE FUNDRAISING?
The health and the safety of all our supporters is really important to us. Please keep safe and follow the Government Guidelines including any local lockdown requirements when training or doing any fundraising on behalf of Help for Heroes.
