The Great North Run is the largest half marathon in the world. Join the Help for Heroes running team and over 57,000 runners around the famous 13.1-mile course between Newcastle and South Shields.
You'll get to experience the famous Red Arrows display as you cross the iconic Tyne Bridge, whilst doing your bit to support our wounded, injured and sick Servicemen and women, ensuring they get the support they need to rebuild their lives.
You will also receive a Help for Heroes running vest to show your support as you take on the unique course.
Once registered you will be allocated an electronic token which you must register on the Great North Run website to redeem your place and receive your race number and details.
Alternatively, if you have secured your own place and would like to fundraise in aid of Help for Heroes, please click the ‘Register your Fundraising’ button.
The team is on hand to answer all your questions from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Whether you’re after event specifics, training tips or fundraising advice, we’d love to hear from you.
