Conquer the beautiful Cotswold Way and take on the Race to the Tower.

From quaint idyllic villages to medieval burial grounds, the Cotswold Way will take you all the way to the breathtaking finish at the magnificent Broadway Tower.

The highlights are endless, rich with 13th Century ruins and modern day film locations. The yellow, Jurassic Cotswold stone will pave the way, as you pass castles and the famous Cooper’s Hill en route.

Registration: £39 (non stop) / £59 (weekender, inc. camping)

This is a challenge for all, inclusive of all ages, experience and fitness levels. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, patient plodder or weekend walker – choose to camp over the weekend or take on the full distance in one go.

Fundraising such a lot of money sounds daunting, where do I start? 
Once you register we will send you our comprehensive fundraising guide to help you get started and continue to support you throughout your challenge journey. From top tips to newsletters, we will do our best to help you become a fundraising champion!

It’s not just about sponsorship from friends – you can plan events throughout the build-up to your challenge to help boost your fundraising total.

Ideally, we would like your fundraising to have reached £425 within six weeks of the challenge finishing. The Help for Heroes Events Team will be on hand to guide you every step of the way to help you reach and smash that target!

Where does my money go?
The suggested fundraising target for this challenge is £425, of which £212.50 must be received by Help for Heroes by Friday 22 May 2020 to cover the cost of your participation. This includes:

  • Training programme tailored to all levels
  • Fully signposted route, with regular rest stops
  • Hot meals, showers, drinks and sports nutrition
  • Bag transport to the finish
  • Free personal event photos uploaded on Facebook
  • Medical support at pit stops and en route
  • Finisher’s medal
  • Support on your fundraising journey from our Events Team

Thereafter all fundraising up to your target and beyond will enable Help for Heroes to continue to help veterans recover and get on with their lives.
