Recreational sport and exercise

If you want to get involved in sport, you have come to the right place.

Help for Heroes runs activities like archery, sitting volleyball, wheelchair basketball, cricket and so much more. Usually there are one to one sessions or group exercise classes. Our strength and conditioning instructors offer personalised training programmes too. We also have links to community-based sports programmes and local clubs. Unfortunately at present due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have paused face-to-face delivery of our sports recovery programme and will look to resume this when it is safe to do so. For now, we have adapted our service and are offering some training sessions virtually. Get in touch for more information and to get started.
