If you want to get involved in sport, you have come to the right place.

At the Recovery Centres you can try activities like archery, sitting volleyball, wheelchair basketball or simply use the gym.

There are one to one sessions or group exercise classes. Our strength and conditioning instructors offer personalised training programmes too.

Do I have to be staying at a Recovery Centre to take part in sport?

No. You can visit our Recovery Centres to take part in the activities we have on offer and then go home. But, it is possible to stay at one of our Recovery Centres. Find out more here.
