What is it?
A practice/taster session lasting up to 1 hour for all standards and abilities.
Who is it for?
Why is it offered?
A chance for all at Tidworth and Plymouth to get together at the end of the day to reap the benefits of engaging in sport. This activity is a real leveller no matter what your disability may be.
At Catterick, the evening sessions may vary between sitting volleyball, wheelchair basketball or wheelchair rugby.
“Participating in sport can improve the quality of life of individuals and communities, promote social inclusion, improve health, counter anti-social behaviour, raise individual self-esteem and confidence, and widen horizons.”
