Help for Heroes Events

During the Summer, Help for Heroes Worcestershire were invited by the Military Vehicle Trust - South Midlands Area to attend The Wartime in the Vale event.Visitors enjoyed a military extravaganza at Ashdown Farm near Badsey,Worcestershire,with plenty of battle reenactments,a replica Second World War camp,and an array of tanks plus other military vehicles.There was also a special Battle of Britain memorial flight with a flypast from a Dakota.

Ian Baldry,Worcestershire County Coordinator for H4H said "This was a cracking show with about 300 military vehicles to view. We were able to raise £1200 and a very special thank you must go to the cadets of 233(Pershore)Squadron Air Cadets for their tremendous effort in selling so many H4H wristbands.Finally, a big thank you from all at Help for Heroes to Bob,Neil and Paul from the Military Vehicle Trust for having invited H4H to raise money at this splendid event".
