‘The blokes’, the men and women of the Armed Forces, are the focus of everything at Tedworth House.

Concentrating on what we can do instead of what we can’t, Team Tedworth is here to inspire our serving and veteran wounded, injured and sick to achieve their full potential in life. We’re passionate about it. We’ve worked hard to ensure that those who work at Tedworth House are the best possible. From the catering company who will provide high quality, nutritious and healthy food to the family run cleaning company, each person plays an integral part in the smooth running of the house and in bringing the Tedworth vision to life.

We are here for our wounded, injured and sick, and their families and carers, for life. Offering friendship, camaraderie, welfare and life skills support to those in need, when they need it.

Team members include military staff, full and part time Help for Heroes employees, volunteers, other charity representatives (volunteers and paid), contractors and civil servants. We have blended the best of our diverse talents and expertise to create a team with a common identity and ethos that makes Tedworth House a special place with an atmosphere that inspires ‘the blokes’ to achieve their potential while making it a challenging, engaging and fun place to work.
