Andy Hawkett - ACHIEVE
Andy served with the Royal Engineers on tours of Bosnia and Afghanistan. He suffers from PTSD and now works for British Military Fitness, helping others to get fit as well as using exercise to help manage his condition. He particularly enjoys running and cycling.
Andy, 40, is a member of the Band of Brothers through which he heard about the Arch to Arc Challenge and will be taking it on alongside his partner Michelle Willson: “Help for Heroes is a cause very close to all our hearts at British Military Fitness and I am proud to be taking on these epic challenges with Michelle to raise vital funds for them. We’ve set ourselves a big challenge but I’m sure we can do it. Any money raised will make a huge difference to the lives of Britain’s brave veterans and serving personnel so it is certainly a worthwhile cause.”
