Help for Heroes Day on Smooth Radio and Real Radio

Listeners to Smooth Radio and the five station Real Radio network have raised over half a million pounds in the last two years for Help for Heroes and for a third year the stations will be dedicating their programming all day on Friday 14th October to highlighting the amazing and much needed work of Help for Heroes. We’ll be hearing some of the incredible stories from soldiers who are an inspiration to us all, celebrities will be dropping into the stations around the country to pledge their support, listeners are hosting fund-raising events and there’s an auction with some fantastic experiences and items up for grabs – from Ricky Hatton and Mike Tyson boxing gloves to tickets to the X-Factor final.
