Every year, Help for Heroes runs a Christmas Stocking Appeal with the aim of providing stockings to wounded, injured and sick Servicemen and women and Veterans who are in hospital, Headley Court and our Recovery Centres over the Christmas period.
If your organisation is considering donating to a charity, we welcome donations of products for the stockings. We try to fill all the stockings with a similar range of gifts. Over the past few years companies have donated stocks of toiletries, stationery, books, DVDs and CDs, confectionery, clothing, and fun stocking fillers.
For details of suitable items and quantities, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01980 846459.
Gather the gifts needed for each stocking and send as many completed gift sets (unwrapped) as you’d like to:

"I am contacting you to show my appreciation for the lovely sack of Christmas presents you gave to me, as a member of a rehabilitation course at DMRC Headley Court back in December.
"To have received such a generous amount of presents was hugely impressive and genuinely brought a tear to my eye after realising just how much time and effort had been put into it all.
"To see how many kind people and organisations had made such an effort in packing, writing, collecting and administering the gifts is something that I will never forget. May I pass on to you my deepest gratitude for such a wonderful display of kindness."
Joe Hall, a recipient of a stocking in 2015
We have five set items that we ask the general public to donate for male and female stockings. Could you get together with friends or colleagues to buy the items for one stocking? The list of items is below. We would need all of the five items shown. To ensure that everyone receives the same gift we can only include the items that are on the lists.
