What is it?
A week of learning how to swim with improved technique, nutrition, strength and conditioning.
Who is it for?
All beneficiaries: wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans and their families. There is space for up to 12 per course.
Why is it offered?
To create camaraderie, develop confidence, and enjoy participating in swimming. The course also looks to inspire individuals to make a lifelong connection with swimming, either by being involved with local clubs or taking coaching qualifications with a view to being employed.
