Spinning is a fun, fast-paced way to improve fitness. Our sessions are supported by staff and include video challenges.
Who is it for?
All beneficiaries: wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans and their families.
Why is it offered?
We offer this activity as part of a wide range of sporting activities to help improve fitness, confidence, teamwork and general wellbeing. Sport can play an important role in your recovery journey by bringing you many physical and psychological benefits.
