What is it?

Performance Training is a 5-day residential programme that focuses on setting your goals and boosting your fitness levels in order to reach them. Goals can range from wanting to climb the stairs to completing a triathlon. You will receive expertly delivered physical fitness sessions and advice and guidance on healthy living and nutrition.

Who is it for?

Wounded, injured and sick veterans and service personnel.

Why is it offered?

To support you if you struggle to carry out the necessary training required to achieve any set goal. Many find attending training sessions with other like-minded individuals a source of inspiration and team cohesion, giving you back a feeling of comradeship with fellow service personnel and veterans.
