This is a 5 day residential programme that supports you should you wish to change your lifestyle. Whether you want to learn about weight loss, healthy cooking and eating or your general physical wellbeing. During the week you will do yoga and relaxation as well as learning the fundamental principles of exercise. 

Who is it for?

This programme is available to both serving and veterans.

Why is it offered?

This course will help you to make a significant change to your lifestyle. It will help you to improve areas of your physical and mental health and wellbeing that you feel you could use some guidance with.
