30 BoB/BoS and family, including 12 children, and Alex Baillie met at Ulster Museum, Belfast on Saturday 28 May. Many had made a whole day of it and had a lovely family outing, including exploration of the museum, a scrumptious lunch and time spent wandering through the breezy Botanic Gardens. Many BoB/BoS members hadn’t yet met Alex, our new BoB/BoS coordinator in Northern Ireland, so it was a great, relaxed setting to meet up in.
There was a high turnout due to the nature of the day plus, those who hadn’t received their perfumes at Christmas, were handed these and their Timberland shirts, which went down really well.
Alex says she was impressed and delighted with the number of people who turned up for this event. Everyone seemed to have “had a ball” and she looks forward to the next family day out, hopefully with some sun!
